1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to the websites of EWI Surrogacy LLC, doing business as EWI Family Global (“EWI Family Global,” “we,” or “us”), at www.ewisurrogacy.com and ewi-surrogacy.com (the “sites”). By using the sites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the sites.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the sites or submit information through them.

3. What the sites are for

The sites give information about surrogacy, egg donation, and sperm donation with EWI Family Global. Surrogates, egg donors, sperm donors, and intended parents can use the sites to contact us and apply to our programs.

4. Applications and inquiries

Submitting an application or inquiry does not create an agreement between you and EWI Family Global. It does not guarantee that we will accept you into a program or find you a match.

5. Information you provide

You must give accurate and complete information and tell us if it changes. We rely on this information when we review your application. Our Privacy Policy at https://ewi-surrogacy.com/privacy explains how we collect, use, and share it.

6. No professional advice

Content on the sites is general information. It is not medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.

7. SMS program

EWI Surrogacy LLC, doing business as EWI Family Global (“EWI Family Global”), sends text messages to surrogate applicants who opt in. Texts come from +1 888-394-3010 and cover your application: confirmation that we received it, status updates, scheduling and reminders for calls and appointments, next steps, and replies from our staff. We do not send marketing texts in this program.

How to opt in

Check the SMS consent box on our application form at https://ewi-surrogacy.com/surrogate and submit the form. Consent is optional. You can apply without it.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile plan sets these charges.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You get one reply confirming the opt-out, and we send no more texts to that number. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.

Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Health information

Our texts do not include medical details. Do not send medical records or health information by text.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://ewi-surrogacy.com/privacy explains how we handle your information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

8. Third-party services and links

The sites link to and use services that other companies run, such as online application forms, social media, video players, and advertising platforms. We do not control these services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Intellectual property and permitted use

EWI Family Global or its licensors own the content on the sites, including text, logos, images, and videos. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, change, distribute, or reuse the content for any other purpose without our written permission.

10. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Use the sites for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Try to get unauthorized access to the sites or the systems that run them.
• Interfere with the sites, for example with malicious code or excessive automated requests.
• Collect content or personal information from the sites with automated tools.

We provide the sites “as is” and “as available.” We try to keep the information on the sites accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or up to date, or that the sites will work without interruption or errors. Program requirements and compensation shown on the sites are general information and can change. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the sites, express or implied.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EWI Family Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of the sites or your inability to use them.

13. Governing law

The laws of the State of California govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page with a new date.
